Title - Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteers contribute enormously to the ongoing success of the Health and Home Care Society of BC and our charitable programs. Each year, these dedicated and committed individuals contribute more than 50,000 hours in service to people in need in our community.

The Health and Home Care Society of BC offers a wide range of innovative and unique services to seniors and other people in need. By volunteering with us for just a couple of hours a week, you make a difference in your community and become part of a dedicated team of friendly volunteers and staff.

Alternate Methods of Delivery
Do you want to help but do not own a car or have a license? We have made volunteering more accessible to a greater number of people. We have recently partnered with Zipcars, a car-sharing program, who have generously donated the use of their cars for volunteer time. We have also started a Meals on Bikes program. We have bicycles available for use or baskets that can be attached to your own bike. For more information about our program please Click here. For more information about Zipcars please click here.
