Administrative & Financial Services Positions
We are a not for profit organization serving Meals on Wheels, supporting seniors living in our community and providing temporary respite services at our Family Respite Centre. We work with wonderful volunteers and staff who are dedicated to making the lives of others better!

The available positions include working with the general public by performing reception duties and supporting the administrative requirements such as billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing to support the operation of the Meals on Wheels program. These positions will also support the administrative fundraising activities of the organization (including data entry, tax receipting, etc.).
We also require staff to work with our clients, volunteers and service providers to order, deliver and manage the meals on wheels program requirements.
Demonstrated competency in written and oral English required in all positions. If you are also conversant in Cantonese and Mandarin – that is definitely an asset.
Ideally you have high school graduation supplemented by post-secondary training in business systems, office systems, accounting courses or a related field. Two or more years recent related general office experience and/or experience in customer service/working with the public and/or have university or college level health care related or human resources/volunteer management education, these positions might interest you.
Our office is located at 15th & Granville, we are an easy commute just off Broadway. There is also free neighbourhood street parking.
