The Meals on Wheels (MOW) programs - both Western and Chinese - operate on weekdays, Monday through Friday.
PLEASE NOTE:
- There are no Meals on Wheels deliveries on Wednesday, July 1 (Canada Day).
- Some regular hot meal options include red meat. Regular hot meals are also available minced.
- Our meal containers are ONLY microwave safe, please DO NOT put containers in the oven.
