Western Meals on Wheels - Non Red Meat Hot Meals

The Meals on Wheels (MOW) programs - both Western and Chinese - operate weekdays, Monday through Friday.

PLEASE NOTE: There are no Meals on Wheels deliveries on Wednesday, July 1 (Canada Day).

Hot vegetarian meals are delivered on Tuesdays and Fridays. Our frozen vegetarian options are available for order any Meals on Wheels delivery day.
