The Meals on Wheels (MOW) programs - both Western and Chinese - operate weekdays, Monday through Friday. 

Please note: There are no Meals on Wheels deliveries on Monday, February 17th (BC Family Day).

Hot vegetarian meals are delivered on Tuesdays and Fridays. Our frozen vegetarian options (Four Cheese Tortellini with Organic Tomato sauce OR Vegetarian Chow Mein) are available for order any Meals on Wheels delivery day.
