The Meals on Wheels (MOW) programs - both Western and Chinese - operate on weekdays, Monday through Friday.
Please note: There are no Meals on Wheels deliveries on Monday, October 14 (Thanksgiving Day).
Care BC's Western Meals on Wheels (WMOW) program delivers hot, nutritious meals to seniors, caregivers, individuals with chronic or acute medical conditions, and/or people recovering from surgery, illness or injury across Vancouver and Richmond. Meals are delivered by volunteers Monday to Friday between 11 am and 1pm - our volunteers also provide a brief and informal safety check on clients with each delivery. There is no meal service on Statutory holidays.
