Meals on Wheels

Care BC operates 3 Meals on Wheels (MOW) programs: Western and Chinese, serving Vancouver and Richmond, and the North Shore MOW program. Clients sign up for meal deliveries based on their location.

The Paul Myers and Shore Family Respite Centre

Care BC is delighted to announce the completion of The Paul Myers and Shore Family Respite Centre — a warm, welcoming resource in Lower Lonsdale developed in partnership with the City of North Vancouver and the Catalyst Community Developments Society. We are working hard to open our doors in Summer 2026 and start providing compassionate, reliable respite care to families in the community.

Community Integration Project

The Community Integration Project (CIP), in partnership with the  the Individualized Funding Resource Centre Society, assists people with newly acquired disabilities adapt to their housing and daily living needs while maintaining their quality of life within their home and community. Housing is a significant barrier for people with disabilities transitioning from rehabilitation to independent living – the CIP offers two specially-designed and equipped apartments to help during this process.
