Western Meals on Wheels - Regular  Hot Meals

The Meals on Wheels (MOW) programs - both Western and Chinese - operate on weekdays, Monday through Friday. 

PLEASE NOTE: There are no Meals on Wheels deliveries on Good Friday, April 18th and will resume as normal on Easter Monday, April 21st.

Some regular hot meal options include red meat. Regular hot meals are also available minced.
