The Meals on Wheels (MOW) programs - both Western and Chinese - are operating weekdays, Monday through Friday. 
Some deliveries were temporarily suspended while new volunteers were being recruited and oriented during the beginning of the COVID-19 outbreak. We strongly recommend that all of our MOW clients order additional frozen meals and have available in their homes canned food or non-perishable items in case of disruptions to our delivery schedules.

Western Meals On Wheels Menus

Western Meals on Wheels offer a variety of choices to ensure we can provide meals everyone will enjoy. Menus follow a 4-week rotation. Meals are delivered Monday to Friday between 11am and 1pm. There is no meal service on Statutory holidays.

Hot Meals

You may want to order frozen entrées on an ongoing or occasional basis to accommodate:

• evening or weekend meals;
• days when you cannot be home for a hot meal delivery;
• statutory holidays when delivery is not available;
• snow days when weather may prevent volunteers from delivering

In addition to the regular frozen menu, we offer other frozen meals daily (Monday to Friday). You may order as many as you need, any weekday you choose. The choices are:

  FROZEN 2 – Turkey Dinner with Mashed Potatoes, Vegetables and Stuffing
  FROZEN 3 - Beef Lasagna with Seasonal Vegetables
  FROZEN 4 – Salisbury Steak with Gravy, Mashed Potatoes and Vegetables
  FROZEN 5 – Beef Shepherd’s Pie with Seasonal Vegetables
  FROZEN 6 - Pork Chop with Gravy, Mashed Potatoes and Vegetables
  FROZEN 7 – BBQ Ribs, Mashed Potatoes and Vegetables
  FROZEN 8 - Four Cheese Tortellini with Organic Tomato sauce
  FROZEN 9 – Vegetarian Chow Mein
  FROZEN 0 - Chicken Cacciatore with Roast Potatoes and Vegetables
